MAK retains an interest in TNT, the balance is owned by current and ex MAK holders. If MAK sell their interest in TNT then we (TNT holders) have a new major shareholder in TNT holdings.
I would anticipate a new holder wanting the whole lot and making all holders an offer which I haven't received.
I doubt it is TNT.
A sale of a % of Wonarah as part of a strategic alliance as outlined by Cliff is my call. Alternatively a re-structure of Sandpiper but we don't see UCL in a halt.
