pt,
the hurdle is the ministry of forestry(MOF).
ppa negotiations are final for sokoria and Dairi prima.
i believe nebel is being negotiated at a higher rate to accomodate for pax building transmission lines.
all projects regardless of a paa will require a sign off by the ministry of forestry on a borrow to use permit. recent sokoria council meetings in Ende have indicated that there will be no advserse effect to the surrounding landscape. That being said, we should be going through the process of being officially allowed to go in there and explore by the MOF.
the MOF announced that they will act on advice from the president to accelerate the permits for geothermal companies. They indicated a timeframe of 3 months down from up to 2 years.
