This way the shareholders would be assured of the good intent from SD - for if they agree and proceed on this basis we can all see and quantify the good will.
I support this 100%. Welcome the offer on this basis and everybody can get on with it and win. This turns the deal into pure gold with no negative. I would say the Board may need to grow in future just keep the balance in favor of Australia because this is our turf.
