I wonder if we should ask Slater and Gordon, probably a good case separately for shareholders to have ago at GSK, to recover lost funds.
Breach of contract, and Trade Practices issues abound here.
Separate case against GSK from BTA's case
I am thinking about it
Slater and Gordon will take on almost anything if they reckon they can win, and it would be a huge case.
On the other hand look at the adverse publicity that GSK will receive, who will trust them again with a contract after this example.
