I do hope it's the case Tony as CD40 has always been PYC's nameplate & key in-house candidate for a price rise to exit sale however still after all these years only coming to in-vivo testing in mouse models for a pre-clincial candidate in discussion with 8 potential partners says to me there's still along way before they deliver any signifant deal of value on it, still along way behind Morphoys - but i'm always open to suprises & being proven wrongs :-)
