The court has not released the news, nor has the government, nor has Lynas.
SMSL are running around to all the news services releasing the same tripe.
Further even if any truth in it we do not even know what this means beyond 1 week do we.
Has it been clarified that the importation of ore cannot ocurr? - no it has not.
Has it been clarified how this will affect current operations? - no it has not.
Has anything at all of any consequence been confirmed or denied by this dodgy "news" from SMSL and Fuzliar Salleh? - No it has not.
So excuse me if I do not run off and sell my stock on the back of this "solid" news release.
I reckon tomorrow morning this will be seen for what it is and some people will be kicking themselves that they sold their shares today as the SP rebounds quicker than they can buy their position back.
SO again, this is propaganda from SMSL, nothing more, and they will be thanking you verrry much for broadcasting it as you have.
Nothing wrong with reporting it but giving this way too much credibility IMO.
I'll hold my stock thanks.
