I would to bring to your attention about directors participating in this share placement... Some of you have said this needs to be approved by holders... But wasn't this approved by holders back in GM on June 1st as its states ratification of shares issued approved by shareholders...
That's how I am reading it unless I am misunderstanding that announcement released after GM...
