The last Carnarvon update from ERJ was dated 16 Aug and indicated that engineers would return in 2 weeks "to complete construction and commence commissioning"

How do we all think they are going with this ?
I would have thought that if they had completed construction they would be shouting from the rooftops
Also would be shouting long and hard if they commenced commissioning.
Why so quiet ?
