Sorry Guys, I love you all but seriously how any of you think this could be good for OBL staggers me.
The ann says that when native title is achieved (after OBL has done all the work) BRU will buy 50% for a pathetic 3.5 million. OBL wanted to farm derby out to an operator on their own in partnership, not just be thrust together with someone not of their choosing. I think the value of Derby to OBL has just been crushed. The only saving grace is that OBL is the operator for USG and CSG so BRU has nothing if OBL does not come to the party.
Cant believe Neil and Kim who are raping the company for cash did not try to do the deal themselves.
