Well done love the input. This is a credit crisis and here we are looking at massive funding and thanks to SGG we will have the Chinese banks lined up with syndicated loans if required.
Shareholders will benefit from this tremendously because SGG will want capital appreciation, organic growth, dividends and later inorganic (acquisition) to add greater scale.
I have been running some numbers over production and ore delivery against production. The 500k oz PA is doable just from Laverton (Barnicoat + BGSM) and Coolgardie (expanded to change economy of scale and lower costs) alone.
We can get costs down and make more per ounce as well. We can drill the priority targets....
more later back to work this, IMO is a godsend for investors in FML we get to keep half of a very large pie as opposed to a capital constrained pie with huge potential...
