Hi Buddy I may miss understand your quote re budgets, however my company constructed for boral cement a similar type of plinth as what CDU requires,although I would think somewhat larger. The cheapest tender is not always excepted if they are smart,and what it entails is MOST relevant,as one may include survey, removal of over burden etc,although not being privy to the tender price, I always new who my opposition was, because my men had to be members of the BLF if my opposition was a back yarder I would not tender. As I'm sure you would be aware of,it's not the price of the tender, but what is INCLUDED in that tender, eg inclement weather clauses, time frames, general wage increases, etc,etc.cheers
