Well,

have to say that i have to get the impression based on how this partial take over is being implemented...that
this is:

A nice comedy with an outcome clear from the very
beginning on "mutal understanding" of all big parties
involved right from the start. Pretended objections have been just distracting plays belonging to this comedy scriptIMO.

Needles to say "they" seem not to care much about common shareholders interests nor for a better "fair" outcome...Also i would not consider it "resonable" LOL.

"Independent" directors should step down IMO
(either because they did not acted seriousley for
the common shareholders or if really LOL than
because of demonstrated phatetic incompetence).

Sure i keep my shares and i will not tender. On a positive note i do hope SRL will change the board anyway.
