Further to the statement to the Australian Securities Exchange of 13 April
2012, IAG confirms its Malaysian joint venture business, AmG Insurance
Berhad, has completed its acquisition of Kurnia Insurans (Malaysia) Berhad.

This follows receipt of all required regulatory and shareholder approvals.
