Jacknz, I recall one of your previous posts where you thought the final offer will be > 45 cents (think you suggested 50 cents or more).

The only way to achive that (I have not convinced of a competitve bid - simply because such bids would be deterred and stymied by what the PRC and the Africans) is to vote NO.

I have never heard of a suitor (in this case the People's Republic of China argubly with the largest soverign wealth fund in the world - using Han Long as a mere puppet) intending to take over a target would just walk away without declaring a bid as final.

There are people here (for whatever reason) don't want to see the bid go higher.
