Yes. I agree with all that. LT still depends on AsthmaSense.

But we can really only talk about today and the cr as it is announced.

Personally I think we are in a better position and lower risk than yesterday. Yesterday the cr could have fallen over. Then we have no cash and no prospects.

Yesterday our shares were worth 5.5c and only had 1c cash included. We could easily fall to 1c.

Soon we have 5.5c shares and cash of about 4c. Could easily fall to about 4c?

Ofcourse in 6months if App isnt released or is free or isnt selling then cash backing will dwindle and we will be in same position all over again.

But IF we had to have a CR then this is a GOOD cr. Only thing better would have been a strategic investor like Bruce stumping up or a US connection.
