specie distribution?, page-5

It's actually seems like a good idea to do the in specie distribution in my opinion (not for the sake of existing EIO shareholders).

When the next capital raising/rights issue occurs (can't be too far away) shareholders will not be able to determine whether TGP participates. Given that it has been reported that TGP shareholders have contributed already $10m-$12m (I believe a huge over exaggeration) in the past 6 or so years one would think that the board of TGP might struggle to convince all of it's shareholders to put in more money.

TGP's individual shareholders might get diluted but now they are not obliged to contribute further capital and nobody will ever know the extent of support from TGP as the main shareholder.

Pretty well timed in my opinion.

    Just something to think about.

Can anyone think of any other reason for the in specie distribution. The company nor TGP has yet to give a reason.

Maybe someone could ask the company for a reason?
