Were these Nine's securities that were released from Escrow?
With so many debt issues, you think they would just flick their shares in YBR off the back of pressure from their debt holders!
Realise it's a drop in the ocean compared to their total debts, but if Private Equity get control, they will dispose of non-core assets ASAP!
