Thumbs up Gareth. From TLG's statutory accts we can see that TCL Sweden is infact incorporated in Canada. I am unaware of any subsidiaries registered in Sweden, but haven't looked that hard. I don't know the requirements of Swedish law or whether TLG has satisfied these such that they can operate normally. It would be great for MT to clarify these issues and advise whether infact they are in compliance. Your comments do seem to gel with the fact they have had a 'break' recently and the fact that MT is now in China, but til we receive clarification for or against I will tread with caution- they have, after all, achieved a great deal of work til this point
