GENERAL: GMB: GMT Trustee

The Financial Markets Authority has announced today that it will be issuing
Perpetual Trust Limited with a temporary licence, until 30 November 2012,
enabling it to continue providing Trustee services to GMT.

Goodman (NZ) Limited's Chairman, Keith Smith said "This outcome is not
unexpected and we will be transitioning to a new Trustee over the next two
months. The possibility was highlighted at the Annual Meeting of Unitholders
on 8 August 2012 and I'd emphasis to our investors that this eventuality has
no impact on the on-going performance of the Trust."
