On the surface I like the deal. I need a lot more time to look at UML to understand exactly what is going on there.

I am pretty confident that if CRC had drilled more holes in Ruby Lode (150m away) rather than buggerising around looking over the hill to prove there is regional upside,we would be bringing a lot more resource oz's.

Ultimately if we are all a bit unhappy then the deal must be close to right for a merger.

ps. Suggestions from some that you are spending money that might have been used if something is found elsewhere makes little sense. Dargues is permitted and ready to roll. The greenies took their pound of flesh from our shareprice, cash balance and cost us a lot of time.
