Papermoney you are not comprehending the costs involved in fighting a public company (using shareholders funds) in court. We are talking 100's of thousands of dollars per case. Multiply that by the number of companies who threaten us and we would need a million dollar legal budget each month. HC however is a free forum which survives on small advertising revenues. As I've stated in newspaper interviews in the past HC will probably move offshore out of the clutches of antiquated Aust defamation law.
