Just wanted to know other posters thoughts on this capital raising mainly the risks Ive been burnt before with these capital raisings including the last one from Aspen and Elders. I know they are spruking a NTA of 29c but what does this really mean in a fire sale? If business goes bad does anybody think us shareholders will get any type of return usually by the time us small shareholders find out about anything the SP would have tanked and usually not much left this being a property company maybe different? I will be participating in the CR mainly to avoid dilution, i will also be placing an order below 17c on market. The only saving grace, ive got about 6 months wages in this company after the capital raising, could have been alot worse as i was going to double my holdings a couple of months ago. I would rather retire 6 months earlier than 6 months later due to cowboys running this company.
