You are not silly this is clear.
I believe there are two sides to this. The deal is no.1 and the ramifications for FML and shareholders is no.2. Both issues are just as important. Perhaps we have two threads going and keep the issues apart but that is too controlling.
The two fit together. The ground position is what this is all about in the end as this is what delivers profits to shareholders. The capital injection is what is required to get there.
