Ronsterm, clearly Jessie wasn't defending a big brother society in all its glory, he/she was highlighting the fact one aspect of it(ie video surveillance on the streets) isn't entirely a bad thing. There is no question it helps catch people whom have committed crimes and got them off the streets.
Calling someone a troll isn't outrageous no, however taking into context Jessie's point was constructive and relevant, calling the poster a troll was absurd and makes no sense at all, not to mention below the belt.
I never saw Jessie going on about chipping people, so not only are you taking the posters comments out of context your being blatantly deceptive as well to justify your trolling comment..
I'm not coming to anyone's rescue here, it's just I get sick of people playing games, getting personal etc when topics of this nature, healthy, mature and sensible discussion shouldn't be so hard.
.... and lastly it never ceases to amaze me that posters like you Ronsterm think all posters are so stupid we aren't smart enough to know that deliberately confusing a debate, taking stuff out of context, making absurd and baseless personel comments don't "win" debates. It only serves to trip up your own integrity!
