I've spent a few hours doing some research around the Darwin lease.
Very few wells have been drilled nearby and nothing really from midnight to 7 on the clock face. So very little activity to the East within several miles of Darwin.

"Trilogy Operating Inc. et al, have retained EnergyNet to sell certain Permian oil assets in West Texas.
The package includes 100% working interest (75% net revenue interest) in more than 2,400 acres in Howard County featuring five producing operated wells.
Net production is 58 barrels of oil and 132,000 cubic feet of gas per day. Upside includes additional recompletion opportunities and four proved 40-acre undeveloped Fusselman locations.
The bid due date is May 16 2012
Can't seem to find out, its exact location, whether it sold and for how much!!
