From my understanding, the fact that the system is modular and uses a number of the trains that join together to achieve a given output as against having one singular plant to achieve the same output is actually an advantage, because with a large system, if there is a problem? then the whole plant has to shut down fully for repairs and excess gasses flared, whereas with modular trains only one part would be effected, that particular unit would be taken off line for repairs, whilst the other modules/trains would keep producing.
