Lapsing of options

Just Water International Limited (JWI) advises that 150,000 unlisted share
options with an exercise price of $0.72 per share have lapsed effective 30
September 2012 in accordance with the rules of the JWI share option plan.

Following the above lapse of share options, there are 250,000 unlisted share
options on issue in JWI.
