DIVIDEND: MTF: Perpetual Preference Share dividend reset

The dividend rate on MTF Perpetual Preference Shares was reset on 1 October
2012, in accordance with the main terms of offer, contained within the
investment statement and prospectus dated 30 May 2006.

The rate applicable from 1 October 2012 to 30 September 2013 is 4.97% per
annum.
