FYI I'm a software developer, the posts and reading I do on HC are in-between application builds and test runs, to break up my day
I'm busy putting something together for the venture capitalists I'm speaking to
there is more than one way to achieve wealth, other than say to spam online sites with RE industry propaganda (however much that pays, i suspect it isnt much though)
the HC property forum is just for laughs
