GENERAL: NFF: Nufarm Senior Unsecured Notes

Further to the announcement of its parent, Nufarm Limited, today ("Nufarm
prices US$325 million Senior Unsecured Notes Offering") regarding the
issuance by Nufarm Australia Limited of US$325 million aggregate principal
amount of Senior Unsecured Notes (the "Notes"), Nufarm Finance (NZ) Limited
announces that it, together with Nufarm Limited and certain other Nufarm
Limited subsidiaries, will guarantee the obligations of the issuer Nufarm
Australia Limited under the Notes.

This notice does not constitute an offer to sell, or the solicitation of any
offer to buy, the Notes or any other securities. Any offer of the Notes will
be made only by means of a private offering circular.  The Notes are not
being registered under the United States Securities Act of 1933, nor offered
or registered under the securities laws of Australia, New Zealand or any
other jurisdiction. The Notes may not be offered or sold in the United States
without registration under the United States Securities Act of 1933 or an
applicable exemption from such registration requirements.
