Laying of 120ks of pipe is no big deal, done all the time, and six months after there in ,hard to find where they are.
The hard part of the job is getting everybodies agreement.
In the good old days you could serve them with the 1913 Public Wks Act. but them days are gone,now its negoiation and fair compensation.
So it should be.
And the current Minister is asking all partys and interests to give (worlds best practice) a fair go.It should benefit all of us,shareholders and the community.
