On 21 Sep I put up a reconciliatory post asking SS and Fitnfam to walk away from the bet because the prime condition of undertaking a “call” for a cash raising was not met.
Seems I need to point out that SS tried to modify the original bet by saying “I accepted the bet but remember, I can come back if FML raise capital either through share holders or a debt facility”.
Think that Fitnfam saw this broadening of the scope of the original bet, as he insisted to SS that the original bet as stated stand.
Fitnfam rejected the counter bet and insisted the original bet as proposed stand.
SS never signified from that point in time that he was accepting the original bet.
Ipso facto, the bet does not stand.
