    Hi,

    Is there any reasons why the share price is so far off the takeover price i would expect it to be a lot closer to the $1.08 on offer? Have no real views on this myself why it is so low and trending down over the last week. If i did have a view it would be that a lot of people dont believe this takeover will come off?
