Statoil was the Norwegian State oil company and the Norwegian government is still the biggest SH with 67%. Governments SH is managed by Ministry of Petroleum.
Now, as I recollect, the Norge Sovereign Wealth Fund was / is a substantial SH in BPT.
Coincidence Sov Fund is interested and Statoil mentioned?
