Good morning (from my time zone)

Thank you for the responses although I must admit I am a bit disappointed that none actually answer the questions I posted. I would like to see a bit more than the consistent up/down ramping opinions, although I admit I did not post any new information either. Those questions I believe though are key to any decision to hold long term.

Without this offer hanging over us I would be confidently buying again at these prices expecting a much higher takeover offer in the next 6 months. This would come as the long term price of gold increased to reflect the recent spot gold trend. Also FML is now cash flow positive, meeting analyst forecasts which suggest $150M+ positive cash flow a year for 2013 and 2014. This would give us plenty of working capital for further exploration and development, which would contribute to a much higher valuation for a take over. This will not happen with a majority holder.

So I genuinely seek answers to my original questions to know if I can still make some money in FML, short or long term, as I did with the previous acquisition it was not a case of confidence in the asset being made to produce a profit, but if that would increase the share price.

Therefore I ask, people who are positive about FML under the announced capital raising, if you bought at a price significantly higher than 5c, why are you happy now half the company is being bought at a much lower price? Particularly considering the value in Laverton is being realised now more than then and the forecast cashflow is materialising?

Secondly, why do Shandong require 51% if they do not plan a full takeover before any value is returned to us shareholders. If there is a good reason for them wanting directly controlling interest without wanting to control then I am all ears. Without an alternative explanation surely we must conclude they plan to use this control eventually. If this is the case then why would they want to return capital to other holders, or have the share price increase before they are in a position to take over the whole company and the material results for themselves?

I would greatly appreciate any reasonable answers to this issue, other than to have faith. I have faith that holding onto a company with a falling share price while, fundamentals are increasing, is still going to loose money.
