Thanks Virgil for your well thought out response. I am now having a rethink.
If I take up the CR and the distribution is as APZ claim then my yield on the total investment is 4.9%. Not flash.
Selling out has other advantages in that APZ is not on the New Zealand tax man's FIF (Foreign Investment Fund) exempt list.
