    I contacted the company yesterday re resumption of trading and received this reply:

    "Due to the complex nature of the reverse acquisition, there have been a number of delays receiving final sign off by the auditors.
    We expect to announce the Annual report today, and trading will recommence tomorrow."

    All's well.
