UXC announced 3 acquisitions in 1H 2012:

..Jireh Consulting Services in Feb 2012, a NZ based Oracle/JDE solution provider. UXC paid $1.384 Million. Announcement stated Jireh would be eps positive from acquisition. Note 34 of the AR Glossy said Jireh added $78,284 to "profit" for the year

..Stream in Aug 2012 (not yet completed). Stream is a SAP business. No consideration is mentioned in either Announcement or AR Glossy. Interestingly the Stream announcement is not seen as SP sensitive on the ASX website

..Tripoint Online completed 20 July 2012. AR Glossy indicated $406K in "initial consideration". Announcement says eps positive from day 1. Staff of 50 (AR Glossy) and Revenue of $10 million (AFR 4/9/12).
