possibility merger with tam

I can't decide who needs who, more?

TAM and ABU would make a very good marriage of "equals" based on market capitalisations.

Certainly ABU talks of processing gold through nearby plant (presumably TAM's with TAM on ABU share register).

And, it seems that the TAM plant could be better utilised and help TAM to reach its goal of 200K production much sooner.

For ABU, the merger would eliminate need for capital expenditure and get them into production and revenue earning more quickly and easily.

A merger could come within the next 3-6 months - thoughts?
