We didn't really want to poo on your parade but Lucas, by his post, has shown what was obvious to some of us from reading your initial post.
That post revealed that Mother Sheehan is the premier propaganda tool in this sorry little episode.
I suppose the lesson you may learn from all this is that getting too emotionally involved in an issue plays great havoc, not only with ones rational thought processes but also with ones ability to read between the lines.
