if I am reading it right merit is the only one that looks like they want an actual hearing,
prbrc states they dont want one (relying on their nrc application)and along with the others their letter just seems to want their points taken into consideration
all due process, they all have there rights to have a say. Maybe someone other than merit will turn up for a hearing
merits complaint could be intersting,
anyway back to watching the grass grow on this one, nothing to do but let it run its course
