bsumisu, do not get me wrong; I was not advocating a trading halt (and neither does Oct 4, if it does not completely catastrophical, which I do not expect).
But that Fuzziah was able to inform the market 3 full hours before Lynas management, and they then not even trying to scramble -- as witnessed by many who posted results of phone conversations with PR -- is shameful.
OK, water under the bridge.
But now telling the ASX, that the SP crash cannot have been in any correlation to the court case because it started before their super-slow answer to the concerns of the market is scandalous. It is a lie.
I believe, a serious apology of Lynas is in order for this -- and I think they should be held to their *guaranteeing* that Oct 4th, however it goes, is completely immaterial and without possible repercussion on their starting up the Lamp within October (which I personally think of as a fluffy pipe dream of Curtis anyway, without substance).
Funny side note: guaranteeing share price stability in light of future events seems to me against the rules of the ASX as well. This is deep water for Lynas, and the one or other head should get a good smack for it...
