I know that SMSL trawl these forums and I don't want to be freaking anyone out so I'll keep my mouth shut thanks.

As for that response to the ASX query, a load of bullshit IMO.

Of course they are aware at least that Fuzliar tweeted to investors the outcome of the case ahead of any kind of statement to the market.

Thats because a heap of us jumped on the phone asking for clarification, yeah.

So of course they were aware of the information being leaked and should have responded with this to the ASX as this would have put it on record that this was a driver of that SP drop which it was.

There may have been ramifications for leaking that information from court...

Thats point number 1.

There is other information that may be relevant to risk that they have chosen not to highlight as they see it as speculating on the outcome of the case, and it is a longshot, however if certain things happen certain parties may legally ask for certain things that I hope like hell they dont have the right to ask for.

But I'll keep that to myself thanks and will not give any ammunition for SMSL to consider OR place myself in a legal situation.

Lets just hope like hell that the 4th goes smoothly as there is some risk relating to possible outcomes.
