I'd say one step at a time ! LOL
do things in order and they will fall into place (and maybe 130 kozpa may be low?)
get the drill results - model the resources - develop strategic plan - get permits in place - trial mine and build on that
quite like the way NST went about it - very methodical and precise !
(there's a few companies out there that work on a 3 year LOM plan until such time as it becomes more practical to extend that)
