The buyer put in a buy order for 18,000 @ 18.5c yet got them for 18c as a seller was selling 19316 @ 18c = all the trades thus go thru at 18c.
If the buyer/s had put in a buy order for (in this case) 19317+ then 18.5c would have been then going price.
