it is only an oppinion and for the record, underwriters definately can sell on market to clients in a coordinated fashion.
after checking i can confirm that the first trade of 12000 took place on the Chi-X so yes it had to have come from a broker as the code was NXXT.
so i did a test to see if im allowed to sell 12000 shares at 0.4 and bingo it worked for the first time. the 2nd 12k trade was me to test restrictions. i cant believe i can sell $48 worth of stock.
learnt something new today and it cost me $20 bucks.
