yes our directors are magnificant now, BUT as we all know directors dont always chose the best option always do they?
you say EQX would put $50million of its own money and borrow the rest, as an eg. what if the board chose NOT to do this, but come up with a WORSE way of getting funding,(worse in our opinion)
great directors dont always stay great, and circumstances change,
so yeah no.4 would be directors competence to deliver the goods.
