I have to agree caution here is warranted, not only is HVAC
a difficult market, making money in AU is very difficult whatever industry is involved because of compliance issues.
I had a quick look at the Balance Sheet and the current liqudity ratio is about even. Wouldn`t be surprised to see a CR soon. 1% on turnover doesn`t leave much room for a stuff up. It is possible to lose all the net profit on one big job!
I voted to exit half my holdings in spite of the high % divi yield.
