I disagree, the weakness of the last government was its inability to publicly denounce populist nationalism. Although we previously had a capitalist PM ( one of the richest ) he tried hard to appease the hard left with socialist rhetoric. This had confused investors and ultimately brought his quick demise through lack of action. The new government has immediately come out swinging and has set out a strong message to both the public and international investors. This rally IMO is a last ditch effort to change the governments course.
