Yes, and they also clearly stated in their last announcement that they would not be in a position to break even until ""after"" December 2005.

19 deals in the last 6 months and they still wont be break even for another 3 quarters ?
$32 million coming any day now and the still wont be break even for another 3 quarters ?

I think Genner has issued a warning in the appendix 4C.
